Quindalup

Quindalup is the sheltered area of Geographe Bay where the water is shallow and clear. You can go crabbing off the beach and see them crawling around the ocean floor.

Quindalup Backpackers Hostel

The 3 pines are an icon of the horizon of Quindalup. They are a landmark for the popular backpackers hostel frequented by visitors from all over the world. They also show the ever changing nature of the bay, because originally there were 5 pine trees but the beach, which is now 500m away, came in so far it washed two away.
